Return & Refund Policy

At Yakanzi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, and components must be included.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@yakanzi.com with the subject “Return Request – Order #” and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
